All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Costs

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Address Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Capilonix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@capilonix.com and we will do our best to assist.

Split Shipments
